MAXIMIZE
For Christian Business, Ministry, and Church Leaders
More Capacity for the Work God Has Entrusted to You
MAXIMIZE helps leaders get the necessary work done in far less time, so more of their attention and resources stay available for the people and the work only they can do.
If that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
Most leaders don't need more information. They need more capacity. And capacity is never only about hours — it's everything God has entrusted to you, quietly going to work that doesn't require you.
The hours going to work that doesn't need you to be the one doing it.
The gifts you were given, buried under work almost anyone could do.
Money going out for work that could now be handled in house.
The people and opportunities you'd reach if you weren't buried.
MAXIMIZE is about increasing capacity in all four.
Agentic AI is what makes it possible now. It's the accelerator, not the point.
We built MAXIMIZE because we needed it. At FeedSheep.org there was more meaningful work in front of us than our time, people, and budget could carry. So we changed how the work got done, and things that had been sitting for months started moving in days.
In twelve weeks we produced about $145,021 worth of professional work — with no agency, no added staff, and no contractors.
We show how we counted that, and what it looks like in practice, in the free workshop.
Once we saw it, we knew we couldn't go back. MAXIMIZE exists so other leaders don't have to figure it out alone.
For most people, the free workshop is the best place to begin. You'll see what we're building, watch it work in real time, and start seeing opportunities in your own work.
See what's possible before you decide anything. We show you real systems running live, and you leave with at least one thing you can put to work that week.
Best if you're curious but not convinced, or you've heard the promises and want to see something actually working.
See the Workshop TimesMAXIMIZE is more than a training, a course, or a collection of prompts. It's a guided ecosystem designed to help you change the way you work — so more of your time, attention, and capacity are available for what matters most.
You'll start with Kickstart, then keep building inside the MAXIMIZE Community with FastTrack, Ask Max, and MAXIMIZE Live — giving you the tools, support, and ongoing help to turn what you begin into the new way you work.
If you're ready to stop figuring this out on your own and start building something that lasts, see how the entire MAXIMIZE Ecosystem works.

Dan Schilling has been developing content for business owners, ministry leaders, and organizations that want to make a lasting difference since the late 1990s — teaching thousands of people around the world while serving as an executive with multiple global ministries.
He is the founder of FeedSheep.org, husband to Cheri, father of seven sons, and a new grandfather. His goal has never been technology — it's helping leaders create more room for what matters most.
“Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much.”
Luke 16:10
“Dan is refreshingly different. He walks the talk. He's lived out what he teaches. Right next to where I have my quiet time, I keep several devotionals — each meaningful in its own way. The FeedSheep.org material has earned its place among them because it consistently challenges and sharpens my thinking.”
“Dan is uniquely equipped to guide this generation into this life-changing reality of faithfulness. Walking with him on this journey of abiding in Christ will transform your faith from the inside out — just as it has mine. If you have the opportunity to learn from him, take it.”
“I've known Dan Schilling for over 20 years — a time-tested friend and Kingdom partner. He's unwavering in his heart for God, uncompromising in truth, and radical in his willingness to follow Jesus. If you're seeking Spirit-led wisdom and insight rooted in God's Word, you're in the right place.”
