Who's Behind This
Dan Schilling
Dan Schilling has been developing content for business owners, ministry leaders, and organizations that want to make a lasting difference since the late 1990s — teaching thousands of people around the world while serving as an executive with multiple global ministries.
He is the founder of FeedSheep.org, husband to Cheri, father of seven sons, and a new grandfather. His goal has never been technology — it's helping leaders create more room for what matters most.

We put the decision at noon on purpose. By then you'll have watched a real build, learned the framework, and gotten at least one working win of your own.

Honest Questions
I'm not technical. Will I be lost?
No. The whole day is done with you, live. There's no code, no blank page, and nothing you have to figure out alone. You leave with it already working — which is a different thing than leaving knowing how it works in theory.
I don't have a spare day.
That's the honest objection, and it's the point. One day spent building the things that keep working after it. You won't leave with notes to act on later. You'll leave with it already running.
What if something comes up and I can't make it?
Tell us any time before the day starts and we'll move your seat to the next Kickstart — no fee, no questions. Full refunds are available up until registration closes; after that we'll move you rather than refund, because the seat can no longer be filled in time. Email [email protected].
These tools change every month. Won't this be out of date?
The tools will change. What you learn is the framework and the operating rhythm underneath them, which doesn't. And the Community keeps up with the changes so you don't have to chase them.
I tried ChatGPT already and it didn't stick.
Most people's first try is a handful of clever prompts with nothing built around them. The difference here is systems wired into your actual work — assistants running, processes documented, things that keep going when your attention moves elsewhere.
My organization is unusual.
Everyone's is. That's why the build is done against your real work on the day rather than a sample case. The framework stays the same; what you build is yours.
What about privacy and doing this safely?
We cover sensible, safe practices as part of the setup — what to put in, what to keep out, and how to think about it going forward.
What if it isn't for me?
